1. Acceptance. By using this website (the "Site") or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About Us. Howard Property Group is the real estate business of Tyrone J. Howard, a licensed Texas real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty. The Site provides information about real estate services in Central Texas. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or financial advice, and no agency relationship is created until a written agreement is signed.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program.
Program description: When you provide your mobile number and opt in, Howard Property Group may send you text messages related to your inquiry, including property information, showing and appointment scheduling and reminders, market updates, and follow-up on real estate services you requested.
How you opt in: By checking the consent box on a Site form, by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent to a member of our team.
Message frequency: Varies based on your inquiry and interaction with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

5. Listing Information. Property information is provided by third parties (including MLS sources) and is believed reliable but not guaranteed. Verify all details independently.
